Our colleagues from XDA-Developers got hold of the main specifications of the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra clamshell.

What is known

So, the novelty will hit the market with two displays. The main screen will receive a resolution of 2640 × 1080p, an AMOLED matrix and support for a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, although 144 Hz was previously mentioned. The external display will also have an AMOLED panel, but with a resolution of 1056×1066p. In addition, the device will be equipped with a 12 MP main camera (Sony IMX563) + 13 MP (SK Hynix Hi1336), a 32 MP front camera (OmniVision OV32B40), a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, NFC and eSIM support.

The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra will be powered by last year’s flagship Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. Also, the device will be equipped with a battery up to 4000 mAh. It will support 33W charging. The smartphone will hit the market in three colors: Black, Blue and Barberry.

When to expect

According to rumors, the presentation of the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra will take place in early June. The novelty will be presented together with Motorola Razr 40 Lite.
