Samsung is going ahead with its plan to try to bring the update to android 13 the maximum number of devices possible before the end of the year, and the truth is that its goal is getting closer. On this occasion, the South Korean brand has made official the rollout of One UI 5 and Android 13 for two of its best-selling smartphones this year.

At the moment, the rollout of the update has started in South Korea, the company’s country of origin, as well as in Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Vietnam. It has done it through the firmware A528NKSU1DVK2 and M625FXXU2CVK2 for A52s and M62 respectively. In both cases, the update includes the November 2022 security patch.

The update has a weight close to 2GB and it has begun to reach the owners of the devices purchased in the aforementioned countries via OTA. With the passing of the days, the models sold in the rest of the world will begin to receive the new version.
