According to the American hacker, his goal was to piss off the leaders of the DPRK. He launched DoS attacks on servers and routers that provide support for North Korea’s network. As a result of a cyber attack in mid-January, the DPRK experienced problems with interruptions in the functioning of the Internet, and the crown of all this was the complete shutdown of the network on January 26.
According to P4x, government agencies were the first to be affected by the attack. ordinary people do not have access to the Internet anyway.
