The information was shared by the German edition of Der Spiegel, citing its sources. On the site federal government information is not yet displayed, but most likely it will be updated in the near future. We are talking about 18 tanks in the modern modification of the Leopard 2A6. By the way, except Germany, Ukraine also already received 14 Leopard 2A4 tanks from Poland.

The Leopard 2 is a main battle tank developed by the German company Krauss-Maffei Wegmann. Leopard 2 is the successor to the successful development of the Leopard 1 battle tank. The Leopard 2 has many modifications and is used by the armed forces of Austria, Canada, Chile, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Switzerland, Sweden, Spain and Turkey. A total of 3200 tanks of this model were produced.
