Armed Forces of Ukraine received not only tanks Leopard 2A6. Also, Marder infantry fighting vehicles, sent a few days ago, arrived in Ukraine.

What is known

The German newspaper WELT writes that not only 18 Leopard 2 tanks, but also all infantry fighting vehicles have already been delivered to Ukraine. This information has not yet been confirmed by either the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine or the German government, on whose website published all military aid.

Note that about sending Marder to Ukraine became known another week ago. This was written by CNN, referring to German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius (Boris Pistorius). If WELT is telling the truth, then Ukraine received 40 infantry fighting vehicles manufactured by the German company Rheinmetall.

Marder and Leopard 2 arrive in Ukraine not empty-handed. Germany last week officially announced on the supply of 70 MG3 machine guns and spare parts.
