  1. In the row of the person you’re assigning a shift to, under the desired date, click the three dots, and then click Add Shift.
  2. Fill in the shift information. You can also choose a theme color to keep things organized.
  3. Give the shift a name to distinguish it from other shifts. By default, the name of a shift is its start and end time.
  4. Now you can add notes to the shift, such as “tasks to be done“.
  5. Now add breaks or lunch in the Activities section.
  6. Press Save save without sharing, or share if you are ready to save and share the shift with the team.

Follow these steps to add a shift from an existing one:

  1. In the row of the person you’re assigning a shift to, click the three dots under the desired date. Now instead of clicking on Add shiftsearch for an existing shift.
  2. Copy this shift to another place in the schedule by clicking on the three dots and then on copy.
  3. Now go to place you want to insert shift and click three dots and click paste.

When you’re ready for a shift, you can share it with your team.
