When you create a Facebook account, its UI appears in the same language as the one you choose in your device’s language settings. When you change the language in Facebook, you invariably change your language and region settings to see things such as buttons, notifications, most text, and tooltips in a different language and format. So, to get started, open your Facebook account (web version) and click the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of your Facebook Feed.

Next, select the second option from the top, visible as the cog-wheel icon. This will open the Settings & Privacy section of your Facebook account.
