Motorola has introduced another smartphone with stylus support. The model is called Moto G Stylus 5G (2023).

What is known

The smartphone is equipped with a 6.6-inch display based on an IPS LCD panel in Full HD+ format. The screen supports input using a digital pen, but the stylus is normal, without Bluetooth and additional features, as in the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Finishing off the topic of the display, let’s add that the refresh rate is 120 Hz.

Moto G Stylus 5G (2023) is equipped with three cameras. At the back, there are ultra-wide-angle and wide-angle modules with a resolution of 50 MP and 8 MP, respectively. The first supports 4K UHD at 30 FPS. There is no optical stabilization. The resolution of the selfie camera is 16 MP.

The silicon heart of the smartphone is the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 single-chip system. The chip is made using 4nm technology. The maximum frequency is 2.2 GHz. The processor is complemented by 6 GB of RAM. Storage capacity is 256 GB.

The Moto G Stylus 5G (2023) has a 5,000mAh battery with 20W fast charging. The fingerprint scanner is installed on the right side of the case. Also note that the case is made of plastic and has splash protection. Other options include stereo speakers, NFC, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a headphone jack.

Price and when to expect

The Moto G Stylus 5G (2023) will arrive with Android 13 pre-installed. On June 2, the Cricket Wireless carrier version will go on sale. The unlocked variant will be available from June 16th. The cost of the smartphone was $399. Available colors are Cosmic Black and Rose Champagne.
