OnePlus CEO Pete Lau has revealed that the company is extending support for its devices.
What is known
The new flagship OnePlus 11 will be the brand’s first smartphone to be supported for 5 years. We are talking about 4 years of Android operating system updates and 5 years of security patch updates. Now OnePlus 11 is running on Android 13. That is, the device will definitely receive Android 14, Android 15, Android 16 and Android 17.

For those who are not in the know
OnePlus 11 debuted in China at the beginning of January. The global presentation of the novelty will take place February 7. The smartphone has a 6.7-inch LTPO 3.0 AMOLED display at 120Hz, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM, up to 512GB UFS 4.0 ROM, a 50MP + 32MP + 48MP Hasselblad camera, and a 5000mAh battery with 100W charger.
