Google has begun sending out a fresh update for the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL smartphones. This is the latest update for 2019 models.

What is known

The update brought the Android operating system security patch for February 2023. The new software version fixes several issues, including the inability to pair with some Bluetooth devices and the unstable operation of Clear Calling.

Users also complained about the poor performance of the Braille keyboard in some conditions and the stop updating information in the calendar in the background. Both problems have also been fixed in the new system update.

The Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL were introduced in October 2019 and received Android 10. For three years, Google released updates for them every month. Smartphones are currently running Android 13.
