South Korea became the thirty-ninth country that gave its agreement for the biggest deal in the gaming industry.

The Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) did not see serious risks for the South Korean market and noted that this merger, on the contrary, will positively affect competition among game console manufacturers.

At the moment, Microsoft’s main task is to convince the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) of the legitimacy of the deal and win case in the Court of Appeal against UK Regulators (CMA).
