The first details about the next affordable high-end realme are leaked on Weibo, and everything indicates that it will be a beast.

It seems that the firm would already be preparing his successor. As it comes to us from Gizmochinathe well-known tipster Digital Chat Station has leaked charging and battery details with which this new terminal will have. The series will be called realme GT 5, skipping the number 4 as is customary among Chinese manufacturers.
realme GT Neo 5: what we know so far
The leaker has dropped on Weibo that the realme GT Neo 5 will come in two variants, which will have to do with the capacity of the battery and its charging speed. For now there are two different models:
- BLP985which has a capacity of 5,000 mAh and fast charging of 150 W.
- BLP987whose battery is 4,600 mAh and offers 240 W fast charging.
In addition to these first details, it has been dropped in the leak that the realme GT 5 series will come with a main sensor made by Sony. Specifically, with the IMX890, which also offers support for optical image stabilization.
This sensor is supposed to will offer significant improvements over its predecessor, the already mentioned realme GT Neo 3 series. It is said that it will have a triple camera on the back, while the front sensor will have 16 or 32 MP. For now these details are not entirely clear.
As reported, the realme GT Neo 5 is expected to have a 6.5-inch HD+ AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. As for its processor, it is likely that the device is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9 series processor, although the exact chipset is unknown.
It is also expected that this terminal come with Android 13 pre-installed out of the boxalong with the realme UI 4.0 customization layer running on top of the operating system.
