What is known
This was told by the chief engineer of SYPAQ Ross Osborne (Ross Osborne), writes The Australian. PPDS is a disposable drone that is folded out of cardboard. It is soaked in wax. As a result, PPDS can be used in wet conditions.
Such a UAV is capable of carrying cargo weighing up to 5 kg. With the help of PPDS, the Armed Forces of Ukraine transfer ammunition, first-aid kits and food to hard-to-reach places on the front. In addition, PPDS can be used as a kamikaze drone or reconnaissance drone. It is capable of flying up to 120 km.
According to the manufacturer, more than 60 deliveries have already been transferred to Ukraine. The APU receives about 100 of these Australian drones every month.
