The Czech Republic will transfer to Ukraine 2 batteries of anti-aircraft missile systems 2K12

The Czech Republic continues to help Ukraine and is now preparing a new package of military assistance for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

What is known

President Petr Pavel spoke about this in an interview with Іrozhlas. We are talking about the transfer to Ukraine of two batteries of anti-aircraft missile systems 2K12 “Cube”. The Czech Republic will also send a large number of missiles to the air defense system to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Ukraine will be able to quickly integrate the systems into its air defense. By the way, in addition to the Czech Republic, Slovakia also planned to transfer the 2K12 Kub air defense system to Ukraine. Perhaps the systems are already in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

For those who are not in the know

2K12 “Kub” is a Soviet anti-aircraft missile system of the air defense system. It was produced from 1958 to 1965.
