google launched Android 12 QPR 2 Beta several weeks ago, as a version aimed at testing the changes that will come to the operating system with the next feature updatewhose arrival is scheduled for month of March. Now, the company has released a small update based on this version, which is already available for series devices google pixel.

As it is an incremental update, it is normal that this version does not introduce too many important changes with respect to the previous one. However, Google assures that it arrives for correct many of the failures and problems existing in the previous edition.

What’s new in Android 13 QPR 2 Beta 2.1

The company itself refers to it as a minor update from the beta program, and list two changes that are inserted next to it:

  • Fixed an issue that sometimes prevented devices from automatically connecting to a 5G network even when it was available.
  • Fixed an issue where devices would not drop or re-establish an existing encrypted Bluetooth connection after receiving a command to disable link layer encryption for that connection.

On top of that, the update includes the android security patch corresponding to month of January 2023the last one available.
