In addition, by the fall, the Ukrainian military will complete a training program on the use of Abrams.

The United States announced the transfer of Abrams tanks in the M1A2 modification to Ukraine in January. Later, it became known that the APU will receive older versions M1A1 SA, which are in service with the US Army. Thanks to this, combat vehicles will be delivered this year, and not in 2024, as was originally said.
