Pin websites to the taskbar using Edge’s Taskbar Pinning Wizard

1. Launch Microsoft Edge.
2. Click on the menu icon (three dots located in the top-right corner of the browser window).
3. Navigate to More tools.
4. Click on Launch taskbar pinning wizard. Taskbar Pinning Wizard window will open.
5. You will be asked to import data from Google Chrome. Importing data helps in getting personalized suggestions on the websites you would like to pin. In other words, it tells Edge which websites you spend most of your time on.
6.  Choose the ‘Import from Google Chrome’ option or ‘Continue without Importing’.
7. Edge will show a list of suggestions based on your usage.
8. Use your mouse cursor to select the websites you would like to pin.

4. Click on the ‘Pin to taskbar’ option.

Pin websites as Progressive Web Apps

Progressive Web Apps, also known as PWAs, are websites that act like installed, native applications. They support periodic updates, push notifications, and can work in offline mode. To add a website as a progressive web app:
