ASUS formally announced the ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM gaming monitor at CES 2023 in January. Two months later, a full-fledged premiere took place, but without a price.
What is known
ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM features a 27” OLED panel with a 240Hz refresh rate. The screen has a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, which corresponds to the WQHD format.
The manufacturer claims that the panel covers 99% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and 135% of the sRGB space. The maximum brightness is 1000 nits. Response time – 0.03 ms. The contrast ratio is 1,500,000:1. To protect pixels from burn-in, a special algorithm is provided that is responsible for optimizing the voltage for each pixel.
To connect ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM to monitors, DisplayPort 1.4 (x1) and HDMI 2.0 (x2) connectors are used. The novelty also received a backlit ROG logo, a USB hub and support for NVIDIA G-SYNC.
