Why are my events disappearing on Outlook Calendar?

If events and other items are not showing up in your Outlook calendar, it could be due to network connectivity issues or synchronization problems between Outlook and servers. Besides that, incorrect calendar view settings and filter settings can also contribute to the same. Another cause of the same issue could be a corrupted Outlook profile.

However, there are some methods for getting appointments and events to show up in your Outlook calendar again. Let’s explore these solutions.

For that, select the Calendar tab and go to the View tab. Now, click on the Filter drop-down menu button and make sure you have checked the Appointments, Meetings, and other items that you want to view. See if the problem is now resolved.

Outlook 365:

If you are using the desktop Outlook 365 app, you can customize the calendar view by going to the View tab. Check if you have selected the correct Week or Month view to display all events.

In case the issue remains the same, you can reset the calendar view to its default and see if the problem is gone. You can use the Reset View option from the View tab to do so.
