Nothing CEO Carl Pei gave an interview to the American edition of Forbes, in which he shared some details about the new Nothing Ear (2) TWS headphones.
What did he say
So, according to Pei, the novelty will receive improved protection against drops of water and sweat. We are talking about IP54 certification. In comparison, the current Nothing Ear (1) comes with IPX4 protection. In addition, Pei also confirmed that the headphones will support the LHDC 5.0 codec. That is, Nothing Ear (2) will be able to transmit audio in high resolution.
Unfortunately, the CEO did not disclose other details about the new product, but it is known that the gadget will also boast an adaptive noise reduction system (ANC), an equalizer (Advanced EQ) and the ability to connect to two devices at once.
When to expect
The presentation of Nothing Ear (2) will take place on March 22.
