Following the publication of the announcement trailer for the remake of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, Konami began to share the first details of the updated game.
What is known
On its website, the company indicated that the name of the updated game will have a Δ (delta) icon instead of the number “3”. This indicates that developers are striving to keep games unchanged by modernizing it.
It is stated that game designers do not plan to make radical changes to the plot and game design in the Snake Eater remake, but will significantly update and improve the gameplay of MGS 3.
Long-time fans of Hideo Kojima’s game will appreciate the fact that the voice acting of the game was brought in by actors whose voices were used by the heroes of the original stealth action.
When to expect
A release date for Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater has yet to be announced, but a remastered collection will be released this fall that includes the first three MGS titles.
