Google Photos on an Android mobile

Google Photos is the default application to save photos in the cloud on most Android phones. We have talked about it on many occasions, we have even given you tricks to get the most out of it.

You will have seen on occasions that the app suggests designs made automatically for your photos, in some cases animations, in other collages and a long etcetera. You may decide to save those designs, or you may not. Some don’t even show them. And what happens when you decide not to save them or, directly, you don’t see them? Well, there is a URL of the big G that you can go to to see your automatic creations.

Here are your unsaved creations

If you access the URL photos.google.com/unsaved you can see some creations that Google has made with your photos and that they have not been shown to you, or you have discarded. These have been carried out automatically by the artificial intelligence of the Big G, as we told you a little above.

And what can Google’s artificial intelligence do with your photos? Well several things. Instead, you can make an animation from still photosor short videos that are repeated in a loop from longer ones. In my case, since many of my photos are snapshots of my family life, there are very creative animations of my son playing, for example.

Artificial intelligence can be more subtle and create what Google calls “stylized photos”. In these photos some selected images from your gallery have been improved with brightness and contrast. You may even have put some in black and white and highlight a specific color in the photo (a red item of clothing, for example).

Another thing that Google can do with your photos is create picture collages. These images may be from a single day, or artificial intelligence may have selected photos from different times that are grouped according to their thematic relationship. For example, Google might create a collage of photos you’ve taken at different restaurants of the food you ordered.

If you want to know what the Big G has in store for you, do not hesitate to go to the link that we leave you above.
