Horror fans were not left out on the PlayStation Showcase either – a direct sequel to Five Night’s at Freddy’s Help Wanted was announced. Unfortunately, the gameplay was not shown to us, but you can enjoy the creepy trailer:
The first part of Help Wanted was released in 2019 for both regular consoles and virtual reality. The game was a set of mini-games based on characters and situations from the famous Five Nights at Freddy’s game series. In the main games of the Five Nights series, players typically had to survive five nights working at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria, during which they encountered animatronics that tried to break into the security room and kill the player. Further iterations in the series offered more complex gameplay mechanics and variations on the theme.
Help Wanted 2 promises a brand new series of horror mini-games, a new location, a new story and of course new animatronics. Players will need to flawlessly complete mini-games as the consequences of making mistakes will be extremely severe.
Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted 2 will release later this year for PSVR 2.
