  6. The Camera tool is added to the Quick Access Toolbar.
  7. Highlight the data range and chart, then click the Camera tool.
  8. Click on the location where you want to place the data.
  9. The screenshot data will automatically fit in the spreadsheet, like the original data.

Launch Microsoft Excel.
