The Iranian military has created a new version of the Khorramshahr ballistic missile. It is called Khorramshahr-4 but is also found as Khaibar.

Local media on May 25 showed a video of testing a new ballistic missile. It has a launch range of up to 2,000 km and is equipped with a warhead weighing 1,500 km. The media calls the missile both a tactical and a strategic weapon.
Khorramshahr-4 is equipped with an improved guidance system. In addition, the modernization brought the ability to control the middle section of the flight. The military can quickly prepare a ballistic missile for launch, because. it can be stored for years without draining liquid rocket fuel.
The development and proliferation of ballistic missiles by Iran poses a serious threat to security both in the region and in the world. This was stated by US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller.
