Velan Studios Says Players Can Look For “Richer Graphics” On PS5 And Xbox Series X | S. “We’ve enhanced our lighting with additional power from next generation consoles, adding features such as new lights, ball lights, particle lights, improved global illumination and local light shadows,” the studio said. “Each of these additional sources gives the environment more reactions to how light illuminates paths or casts shadows.”

The textures have been improved too. Higher quality textures were previously only available on PC and Xbox One X, but with the update they will be expanded to PS5 and Xbox Series X | S. “This subtle change creates a more realistic environment with ‘tactile’ surfaces that you can almost slide your hand over as you run after your opponent,” the studio said.
