After several months of rumors, teasers and leaks, ASUS has announced the date for the presentation of the ROG Ally gaming console.

When to expect

According to the official invitation, the device will be presented at the event on May 11. The gadget will debut immediately in Europe, Asia and North America.

The novelty will receive a 7-inch display with FHD resolution, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a brightness of 500 nits and a response time of 7 ms. The gadget will run on a custom AMD processor paired with Radeon 780M graphics and 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM. In addition, the device will have a 512 GB SSD drive, a microSD memory card slot, a cooling system with two coolers, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support and a case weighing 608 grams.

ASUS ROG Ally will be supplied with the Windows 11 operating system. The console will receive support for Steam and other gaming platforms. The gadget should cost less than $1000.
