Positive Technologies joined AVAR, the Asian Association of VPO Researchers

Company Positive Technologies became Member of the Asian Association of Antivirus Technology Researchers ( AVAR ). The purpose of the association is to prevent the spread of malware and minimize the damage caused by it by developing interaction between Asian anti-malware specialists.

AVAR brings together representatives from 17 countries and territories in the Asia-Pacific region, including Japan, India, South Korea, China and others.

Positive Technologies looks forward to fruitful cooperation with Asian cybersecurity experts, which will facilitate the exchange of data, knowledge and experience, as well as improve the quality of the company’s products.

AVAR was established in 1998 as an independent non-profit organization. Every year it holds the AVAR conference, where current topics and problems in the field of combating malware are discussed.
