Redmi Note 10 Series Users Experience Touch and Screen Flickering Issues – Worth ??

-

Xiaomi introduced the Redmi Note 10 series in India. The Redmi Note 10 series brought a slew of improvements over its processor, including a 120Hz Super AMOLED display on the Pro and Pro Max models. Many Redmi Note 10 and Note 10 Pro users are now experiencing display and touch problems.

Touch & Display Issues in the Xiaomi Note 10 Series

Many users ditched their old devices in favor of Xiaomi’s new premium budget offerings following the launch of the Redmi Note 10 series. A few of them, however, have reported touch responsiveness and display flickering issues with their devices. Since India has outlawed the Mi Group Users took to the social media site Twitter to express their dissatisfaction.

The majority of users are experiencing touch responsiveness problems. This means that when users begin typing on their computers, the cursor becomes erratic without any feedback from the user. Some users have also reported slowdown and unresponsiveness issues.

The Replacement Actually Didn’t Work!

One user said that his friend had similar issues with his latest Redmi Note 10 and was given a replacement. On the replacement unit, however, he reportedly had the same problems. This is not a hardware issue, according to the technicians at an authorized service center. As a result, before replacing the unit, they advised him to wait for a software update.

Screen Flickering on the Redmi Note 10 Pro/ Max

Many users are having problems with screen freezing in addition to touch responsiveness issues. The screens of the higher-end Redmi Note 10 Pro and Note 10 Pro Max devices have been shown to flicker for no apparent reason, according to user comments. Furthermore, in dark mode, the flickering is said to be more evident.

Furthermore, one user claims that the screen flickering problem only occurs when the 120Hz refresh rate is turned on. At a 60Hz refresh rate, the screen works just fine, which is frustrating.

Despite the fact that Xiaomi has responded to some of the users who have complained about the problems, the company has yet to make an official statement.

So, if you’re using a Redmi Note 10 computer, see if you’re experiencing the same issues and let us know in the comments below. Those looking to purchase a Note 10 smartphone in the coming weeks should wait for an official announcement from Xiaomi.

Mi India said –

“We are aware of the issues that a few Redmi Note 10 Pro users are experiencing. Less than 0.001% of users of the Note 10 series have identified these issues. We’re working hard to find a solution as soon as possible. Our goal as a dedicated brand is to continue exceeding our customers’ expectations.”

“To ensure that we meet the highest quality requirements, our devices are put through stringent checks with a 10-point quality review. We are investigating the situation as soon as possible and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused our customers,” they added.

Xiaomi is aware of the display touch issues and is working on a fix. Over the next few weeks, the company will release an update to address the problem.
