Xiaomi in February announces four smartphones of the Redmi K50 family at once. Like last year, we’ll see a standard model, Pro and Pro+ versions, and a Gaming Edition.

What is known

All smartphones will be equipped with different Qualcomm and MediaTek mobile processors. Moreover, the distribution of single-chip systems looks very ambiguous:

• Redmi K50 – Dimension 8000
• Redmi K50 Pro – Snapdragon 870
• Redmi K50 Pro+ – Dimensity 9000
• Redmi K50 Gaming Edition – Snapdragon 8 Gen1

Recall that the 40th series debuted at the end of February 2021. Redmi K40 received the Snapdragon 870, while the Pro and Pro + versions were equipped with the Snapdragon 888 chip. In the spring, the company introduced a gaming model on the Dimensity 1200.
