At the end of the third quarter, Xiaomi will stop developing MIUI 14 beta software for six smartphones. Half of them are 2020 flagships.

What is known

Xiaomi will stop developing MIUI 14 Beta for Xiaomi Mi 11, Mi 11 Pro and Mi 11 Ultra. All three smartphones were announced at the end of March 2020. Also on the list were Redmi Note 11T Pro / Pro + and Redmi K40S, released in 2022.

The development of beta versions of MIUI 14 does not mean that smartphones will forever remain without updates. The company will continue to release stable versions of software to fix bugs and security patches for the operating system.
