According to rumors and leaks, the Motorola RAZR 40 Ultra will be equipped with a main screen with a resolution of 2640 × 1080p, an AMOLED matrix and support for a picture refresh rate of 120-144 Hz. The external display will also have an AMOLED panel, but with a resolution of 1056×1066p and a diagonal of 3.8 inches. In addition, the device will receive a 12 MP dual main camera (Sony IMX563) + 13 MP (SK Hynix Hi1336), a 32 MP front camera (OmniVision OV32B40), a side fingerprint scanner, NFC, eSIM support, a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip and a battery up to 4000 mAh.
