At the opening ceremony of Summer Game Fest, the head of development of Mortal Kombat 1 will present gameplay footage and share the details of the new fighting game

Then the developers limited themselves to showing a cinematic trailer, but soon fans will be able to appreciate the gameplay.

What is known

Summer Game Fest organizers have announced that on June 8, during the main show of the festival, NetherRealm studio head Ed Boon will join Geoff Keighley on stage and present Mortal Kombat 1 gameplay to the public, as well as give his own comments about fighting game nuances.

As a reminder, Summer Game Fest will begin on June 8 at 21:00 (CEST), and more than forty of the largest gaming companies will take part in it.

When to expect

Mortal Kombat 1 releases on September 19 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch. Pre-orders are already open.
