1. Face Mask with Aloe Vera & Tomato for Acne

How to make this face mask and use it:

  • In a tub, blend together the tomato juice and the aloe vera gel.
  • With warm water and a gentle cleanser, wash your face and hair.
  • Equally apply the mask over your face and ears. Keep it on, or until it dries, for 15 minutes.
  • By rinsing it with warm water, remove the mask.
  • To close the pores, splatter your skin with cool water.

2. Papaya

For acne, exfoliating to eliminate this accumulation is beneficial, but physical exfoliants such as scrubs and Clarisonic can already irritate red, inflamed skin. Instead, without further irritating red skin, using an active exfoliant such as fruit enzymes in papaya can gently clear the pores.

Try combining 1 part ACV with 3 parts of rose water or a calming chamomile-like tea for people with sensitive skin. Never apply the skin with undiluted ACV.

Taking zinc supplements can help with acne treatment, too. This is due to the anti-inflammatory effects of zinc, which can minimize redness. Zinc will also minimize how much oil your skin creates, which can be particularly beneficial for those with naturally oily skin. Zinc also causes inflammation and can help relax your skin.
