Sony has announced Concord, a custom PvP first-person shooter developed by Washington-based Firewalk Studios, which Sony recently acquired:
“Concrod is about bringing people together. The power of games is to create connections and inspire social games,” wrote Game Director Ryan Ellis on PlayStation Blog.
“The Firewalk team is driven by the type of exciting, unexpected moments and collaborative experiences that multiplayer games create. Every time you log in, it’s the start of a new adventure, and every match is an opportunity for a new story.
It is these ideals that define Concrod, its unique universe of vibrant worlds and rich cast of vibrant characters.”
The game will be released for PlayStation 5 and PC in 2024
