The President of Russia signs the historic law on the expansion of CII

Vladimir Putin signed a law expanding the list of subjects of critical information infrastructure (CII). Document published on the official portal of legal information.

This law expands the list of subjects of the critical information infrastructure of the Russian Federation, supplementing it with information systems, information and telecommunication networks, automated control systems operating in the field of state registration of real estate.

It is noted that the above-mentioned information systems, networks and management systems that are used in the process of state registration of rights to real estate and transactions are considered to be the subjects of critical information infrastructure.
