If a service has indeed failed, there is nothing you can do but wait for the services to be restored and then try again. On the other hand, if all services are green and available but you still can’t access your Game Pass library, move on to the next solution.

3]Check and fix network connection issues on the console.

Depending on your Internet device, refer to the user manual or search the Internet for your preferred decision-making mechanism for how to turn your modem or router off and on again, as appropriate. If the problem persists, you can proceed to test your network connection on your Xbox console. Do the following:

• click Xbox button to open the manual.
• To choose profile & system> Settings > General > network settings.
• To choose test network connection.

If the connection test is successful, your console will connect to the Xbox network. If the console passes the network connection test but the problem is still present, you can restart and/or turn your Xbox console off and on again.

To restart the console, do the following:

• Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller to launch the power center.
• When options appear, select Restart Console.
• To choose Restart and wait for your console to finish reloading.

To manually turn your Xbox console off and on again, do the following:

• Press and hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds to turn off the console.
• Unplug your Xbox.
• Wait at least 30-60 seconds.
• After the time has elapsed, plug your Xbox back into a power outlet.
• Now press the Xbox button on your console or the Xbox button on your controller to turn your console back on.
