1] Initial checklist

In this case, to resolve the issue in hand, you may need to change its Startup Type to Manual or Automatic if it is Disabled before it will allow you to start it.

Do the following:

  • Press Windows key + R to invoke the Run dialog.
  • In the Run dialog box, type services.msc and hit Enter to open Services.

Why is Cisco AnyConnect not working?

If Cisco AnyConnect is not working on your Windows 11/10 PC, you may need to allow the app through Windows Firewall.
