The tablet should be running an improved version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip. Most likely, it will be the SoC Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 For Galaxy, which is installed in the flagship Galaxy S23 smartphones. This SoC features a Cortex-X3 core overclocked to 3.36 GHz.
