The editors of the IGN portal received official confirmation from Microsoft that the Chinese authorities approved the deal of the American company with Activision Blizzard.
What is known
China became the thirty-seventh country to support the merger of the two giants.
The main opponents of the deal are still the UK and the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC). And if Microsoft is preparing an appeal against the negative decision of the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), then the proceedings with the FTC have not yet begun.
