The first thing you should do is make sure that the CTF loader on your computer is not a virus. There is a high possibility that a virus can take the name of a genuine process such as Collaborative Translation Framework and cause you trouble.

  4. Now go to Details and check if the copyright belongs to Microsoft Corporation.

If the CTF loader on your computer satisfies the above conditions, then you have nothing to worry about, as it is not a virus. However, if you conclude that the process is a virus, scan your computer. If you already have an antivirus, scan your system with it. If you don’t have it, try Microsoft Defender.

Follow the prescribed steps to do the same.

  1. Launch the Microsoft Security link from the Start menu.
  2. go to Virus & threat protection > Scan options.
  3. Choose Microsoft Defender antivirus or Microsoft Defender Offline scan.
  4. Press Scan now .

Let the antivirus complete the process and check if the problem persists.

2]Stop some services

There are many services that work with CTF Loader. However, most people don’t use them, and turning them off doesn’t hurt. The services you should disable are the touch keyboard and handwriting pad, and the Text Input Management Service service, which should be disabled if you are not using touch on your computer. To do the same, first start Services and then look for those services. When you stumble upon one of them, right-click it and select properties. Change Startup Type to Disabled and click apply > OK.

Finally, restart your computer and see if the issue is resolved.

3]Disable MsCtfMonitor

The MsCtfMonitor process is associated with the CTF loader, and if you’re fed up with the process taking up a lot of your resources, disabling MsCtfMonitor is a good option. Since we are not deleting the process but instead disabling it, so if you need CTF Loader the same procedure can be used to re-enable it.

So, to disable MsCtfMonitor using the Task Scheduler, follow the prescribed steps.

  1. launch Task Scheduler from the start menu.
  2. go to Task Scheduler Library > Microsoft > Windows.
  3. Find TextServicesFramework.
  4. Right click MsCtfMonitor and select disable.

5]Clean Boot Troubleshooting

There may be a third party application interfering with the Windows process. To find out what the app is, you must perform a Clean Boot and manually enable processes to stumble upon the culprit. Once you know which app is causing this problem, uninstall it from your system to fix the problem.

4]Restore System Files

If some of the core Windows files are corrupted, there is a good chance that you will see some kind of unusual station like the one we see here. To restore these files, run a command prompt as an administrator and run the following command.
