Samsung has now brought its new flagship to India today, only a few weeks after launching the Galaxy S20 FE globally. It is the fourth smartphone in the Galaxy S20 lineup and the fan-favorite features are said to be present. This entails a monitor with a high refresh rate, flexible cameras, a large battery, and much more. However, under the hood, there is a major shortcoming to this 4G version of the Galaxy S20 Fan Model.
S20 FE Galaxy: Specifications & Features
The Galaxy S20 FE features a matte polycarbonate structure, identical to the recently released Galaxy S20 + BTS Version. With a 120Hz refresh rate, the system features a massive 6.5-inch Full-HD+ Super AMOLED display. A 20:9 aspect ratio, 2400 x 1080-pixel resolution, and Gorilla Glass 3 protection are offered on the screen. You’ve also got a punch-hole cutout at the corner, housing a 32MP selfie camera.
The Exynos 990 chipset (the same as the Galaxy S20 and Note 20 series from earlier this year) in India is powered by the Galaxy S20 FE under the hood. The global models are powered by the Snapdragon 865 SoC flagship. Plus, this is a successor to the Galaxy S10 Lite that arrived last year in India with a Snapdragon chipset, rendering the Galaxy S20 FE a bit of a disappointment for fans.
8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of built-in storage are combined with the chipset. Owing to the lack of a compatible modem, there’s no 5G support onboard here. The Galaxy S20 FE also has a massive battery pack of 4,500mAh with wired 25W and wireless 15W charging support. In order to let users juice up devices such as earbuds, smartwatches, and more, it also supports 4.5W reverse wireless charging.
As for the rear cameras, a 12MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide camera with a 123-degree FOV, and an 8MP 3x optical zoom and 30x Space Zoom telephoto camera are included in the rectangular cutout. There is also an optical fingerprint in-display reader in the tow here.

Price and Availability
In India, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE was introduced in a single 8GB+128 GB version for Rs. 49,999. Six awesome colorways, namely Cloud White, Cloud Red, Cloud Mint, Cloud Lavender, and Cloud Navy, will be available for the unit.
